Student Reports

Reports are available online at the end of term 2 and 4, via the Surrey Downs School Parent Portal.

To access the portal and your child’s report for the first time, it is vital for all new families to the school to have an email address registered with our school. If not, please contact the school office via email, on dl.1100.info@schools.sa.edu.au with your current email address details, as soon as possible.

Once your email address is registered with the school, follow the instructions below to gain access:
1. Go to the Parent Portal via the link below: https://surreydowns.schools.impromation.com.au/portal4parents/?Schid=1100 (You may need to copy and paste this link into your browser.)
2. Click on the ‘Don’t have a password? Get Registered’ link at the bottom of the portal sign-in page, then enter your email address.
3. Parents with no current portal account or incomplete portal accounts will receive a ‘Getting Started’ email which will guide them through the registration process.

Please note that during the registration process, parents will receive one email from the ‘Impromation’ software company.

  • The email will have instructions and a default password to use initially. This will give access to the portal to allow you to set up your own password linked to your own email address.
  • Access the portal using your own email address as the ‘Username’ and your newly set-up password.
  • Please keep your password in a safe place for future reference, when accessing the portal. Do not share it with other parents.

For parents who have previously accessed the portal but have forgotten a password, please click on the ‘Forgot My Password’ link, which will take you through a process to reset your password.

If you have any issues, please contact the school for further assistance.

Technologies

Students and staff use information and communication technologies as a resource for daily activities. Each classroom is equipped with an interactive television.

Technologies are embedded across all learning opportunities and students have access to a computer suite, iPads and laptops, 3D printer and Spheros.

Keeping Safe: Child Protection Curriculum

The Keeping Safe: Child Protection Curriculum (KS:CPC) is required for all children and young people in our school. It’s taught each year by teachers who have completed a full-day KS:CPC training course.

It teaches children to:

  • recognise abuse and tell a trusted adult about it
  • understand what touching is appropriate and inappropriate
  • understand ways of keeping themselves safe.

Visit Keeping Safe: Child Protection Curriculum information for parents and carers for more information.
