About Our OSHC Service
Our Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) service provides a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment where children can relax, play, and connect beyond the school day. As a smaller, community-focused service, we build strong relationships with children and families, ensuring every child feels known, valued, and supported.
Our program supports wellbeing, independence, and social development through a balance of play-based learning and meaningful interactions. Following a recent reassessment, the service is in a strong position, meeting all quality areas.

Bookings – Fullybooked
Families can easily manage OSHC bookings through the Fullybooked portal by creating an account, completing setup, and scheduling sessions online.
Session Times and Fees
Before School Care 6:50-8:50am
$18.20 per child
After School Care 3:00-6:10pm
$25.00 per child
Early Finish 2:00-6:10pm
$27.10
Pupil Free Day 7:00am-6:00pm
$60 per child
Vacation Care 7:00am-6:00pm
$60-$90 child per session ($60 home day, $75 incursion day; $90 excursion day)
*You may be eligible for Childcare Subsidy (CCS)
Late Fees
A fee of $35 per 15 minutes (or part there of) is applied when children are picked up from the service after 6:10pm.
Cancellations
Our policy states that booking cancellations must be made seven days prior to the attendance or fees will still apply.
Payment of Fees
Payments are via direct debit are processed through the Fully Booked system.
