Out of school hours care (OSHC)
Welcome to Surrey Downs Out of School Hours Care (OSHC), a quality program offered by the Surrey Downs Governing Council providing before and after school care, as well as vacation care, for primary school students.
At OSHC, we create a warm, safe, and nurturing environment where children can explore, play, and build new skills. With activities such as arts and crafts, board games, construction, dress-ups, and outdoor play, there’s always something fun for every child. The program balances free play with structured activities, developed with input from students, parents, and staff. We also provide dedicated homework time in the afternoons, with staff available to assist.
Our enthusiastic and caring staff are committed to providing the highest quality care, continuously improving to ensure a positive experience for all children.
Online Booking System: Fully Booked
To streamline booking, we now use the Fully Booked system.
How to Set Up Your Account:
- Visit the Fully Booked portal and follow the prompts. Surrey Downs Primary School OSHC – Family Login
- Complete the setup steps.
- Once logged in, easily manage your child’s bookings.

Session Times and Fees
Before School Care 6:50-8:50am
$18.20 per child
After School Care 3:00-6:10pm
$25.00 per child
Early Finish 2:00-6:10pm
$27.10
Pupil Free Day 7:00am-6:00pm
$52.20 per child
Vacation Care 7:00am-6:00pm
$50-$60 child per session ($52.20 home day, $57.40 incursion day; $65 excursion day)
*You may be eligible for Childcare Subsidy (CCS)
Late Fees
A fee of $35 per 15 minutes (or part there of) is applied when children are picked up from the service after 6:10pm.
Cancellations
Our policy states that booking cancellations must be made seven days prior to the attendance or fees will still apply.
Payment of Fees
Payments are via direct debit are processed through the Fully Booked system.

Structured and Flexible Play: Our program encourages free play but also includes structured activities designed with input from students, parents, and staff. Homework Support: Dedicated time is set aside in the afternoons for homework, with staff available to assist.
